3. What flavors do Iced cookies come in and can I get samples to taste?

Iced cookies are available in a delicious vanilla shortbread.

If you are interested in placing an order but would like to taste our cookies beforehand, we are happy to send you a small box of our tasting dots for a minimal fee.

4. How many Iced cookies should I order?

Although the size of Iced cookies varies by design, in general, one cookie serves one person. If cookies are being used as favors, allow for one cookie per person.

5. How much do Iced cookies cost?

Iced cookies are priced on a per piece basis unless part of a gift assortment. Pricing tends to start at $3 and goes up depending on the design. Pricing for custom orders starts at $4 per cookie. There is also a $75 design fee and 36 piece minimum for custom designs.

6. How are Iced cookies packaged?

Cookies come individually wrapped in clear bags with a single organdy or satin ribbon and favor tags.  Ribbon style and color is chosen to best complement the cookie.  If you have a particular color preference, please note it in the comment section at check-out and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  If you do not want/need your cookies packaged with ribbons, please note that in the comment section as well.

Favor tags are printed on white card stock with a colored border and text designed to coordinate with the ribbon and cookie.  Favor tags can accommodate up to 75 characters (app. 1 to 3 lines of text).  If you do not include a message, we will assume you do not want favor tags.  If you would like to use your cookies as place cards, custom tags can be printed at an additional charge.

If you are interested in custom tags or alternative packaging options (boxes, etc.), please contact us directly.

7. How far in advance do I need to order?

We strongly believe in preserving the quality and freshness of our product. In order to do so, our cookies are made to order based on your preferred delivery date. Please see individual product pages for lead times. If you are placing a custom order, one to three months notice is preferred.

If you need a quicker turn-around, please contact us directly via phone or email. While we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate your request, we’ll do our best to make it happen!

8. Is there a minimum order on Iced cookies?

Please see individual product pages for minimums. In general, Iced cookies have a 12 piece minimum per design. Custom cookies have a 36 piece minimum.

9. Can I get a sample of a custom designed Iced cookie?

If time allows, we will create a sample of your custom cookie and email a photo to you. We’ll be happy to discuss any feedback you may have and incorporate revisions into the final cookies. Please note that there is a $75 design fee for samples of custom designed cookies.

10. Do you deliver/ship?

We ship nationwide from NY. However, due to the delicate nature of some of our designs, not all cookies are available for shipping. If you are located in Manhattan, delivery is available by messenger. If you are located on Long Island, we have two pick-up locations. Except for the Holiday Cookie Club, delivery and shipping costs are not included in the price of cookies.

Learn more about our shipping, delivery, and pick-up options here.

11. How do I pay?

We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card (AMEX, Visa, MC, Discover). For custom orders, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit upon ordering and the balance at least 10 business days prior to delivery/shipping.

12. How do I place a custom order?

If you would like additional information or are interested in placing an order for custom cookies or gifts, please fill out and submit the custom order form on this website. We’ll follow up with a call or email (whichever you prefer) to discuss the details. Fill out our custom order form here.

13.  Do you have a storefront?  Where can I see samples of your cookies?

We do not currently have a storefront, but we do have our cookies on display in  LeMarc’s Hallmark on Long Island. If you’d like to see samples of our cookies first-hand, please visit this location. You can also pick-up your order here free of charge. A picture may speak a thousand words, but we’ve often been told that photos just don’t do our cookies justice!
